We also insure all jewellery during transit, for your peace of mind. Your experience is important to us, and our small but dedicated team will be available if you have any queries.

However, we hope you understand that we cannot accept returns of all engraved products, customised pieces or international orders. Please refer to section 4 and 7 of our T&Cs here.
Shipping cost added at checkout
18.1 The Products will be at your risk from the time of despatch by us.
18.2 Ownership of the Products will pass to you upon despatch if we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
18.3 In the event that you return any Product under clause 11 above, the risk remains with you until actual receipt of the Product by us.
