We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you are entitled to a refund if returned unworn, and with their security tags attached.

If the return is requested within 24 hours after signature upon delivery (as recorded by the delivery company), then our courier will collect it completely free of charge;

If the return is requested after 24 hours but within 7 days, we will accept the return via our courier, but your refund will not include the cost to us of the collection charge. Alternatively, you can return to us using Royal Mail (return address on form here).

Please note we can only offer refunds or exchanges on unworn items with their security tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Gift returns

If you are returning an item received from Lylies as a gift, you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided (1) it is unworn with the security tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging and (2) you pay any cost difference and any additional delivery costs which may be incurred as a result. If you exchange a gift for an item of lower value, any resulting balance will be held by us and we will provide a gift card to that value.

Making a return via our courier is easy by following the steps below:

  • Complete our editable Returns form, downloaded from here. Input your returns number found on the certificate of purchase.
  • Request a return via email on returns@lylies.com, attaching the Returns Form. Let us know a convenient collection address and time of pick up (our courier works to 2 hour windows).
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging, with the security tag attached, to ensure they are protected during transit.
  • Give the package to the driver (no label needed as they will bring one).
  • We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

We can only offer refunds or exchanges on goods for which a return is requested within seven days of receipt. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used for the original purchase of the item (less collection charge if incurred after 24 hours).
