11. CHANGING OR RETURNING AN ORDER - WEBSITE PRODUCTS ONLY
11.1 Returns of Website Products are offered, provided that the Returns Authorization procedure is followed, and that the item is unworn (in pristine condition) and it is returned in the original packaging (also in reusable condition).
11.2 Our Returns Authorization procedure requires you to download and complete the returns form from our website, and email it to enquiries@lylies.com.
11.3 A customer has 14 days from the delivery date recorded by the delivery company to return the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the postage return and we advise to use a signed for service. If you'd prefer for us to arrange a courier to collect, please email enquires@lylies.com. The refund will be less the cost of the courier.
11.4 Following the 14 day window, returns will not be accepted.
11.5 You will receive an email confirmation when the returned item reaches the studio. A refund or credit note will be issued within 5 workings days.
