Our VAT number is 278967229. We refer to Lylie’s Ltd in this document and elsewhere as "we", "our", "us", “I”, “LYLIE”, “Lylie” “Lylie’s”, "LYLIE Jewellery" and “Lylie’s Sustainable Jewellery”.

1.2 We operate the website www.lylies.com (the “Website”).

1.3 References in these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) to “you” are to the individual using our website, considering or discussing a purchase with us, and/or purchasing any of our products ("Products") which (unless agreed otherwise in writing with us) are sold for private and non-commercial purposes only. Our Products comprise:

(a) items which are available for sale as shown on the Website (“Website Products”); 

(b) items which we agree to design, and produce for you using gems and metal entirely supplied by us (“Bespoke Products”); and

(c) other items which we agree to design, produce, adapt, or repair for you using any gems, metals, and other components provided by you (“Remodelled Products”)

1.4 These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) tell you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell the Products to you. The Terms, Privacy Policy and Terms of Website Use are together the "Agreement".

1.5 People who access the Website are referred to as a “User”. By ordering a Website Product, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us under these Terms (as applicable to Website Products). Users of the Website. who do not purchase a Product affirm that they are bound by these Terms each time they access the Website.

1.6 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.
