Delivery Times

We are proud of our delivery service, with a 5-star customer satisfaction rating and all orders dispatched from our London studio. For items in stock, all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. For items out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.

We also insure all jewellery during transit, for your peace of mind. Your experience is important to us, and our small but dedicated team will be available if you have any queries.

Delivery Costs

UK orders over £200 qualify for free Tracked 24 shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout. We also offer the following delivery services and you can select your preference on the next page:

Returns

Conscious consuming is about being 100% sure. If you're not, send it straight back within 14 days. Follow instructions here. However, we hope you understand that we cannot accept returns of all engraved products, customised pieces or international orders. Please refer to section 4 and 7 of our T&Cs here.

4. PERSONALIZATION OF WEBSITE PRODUCTS

4.1 Certain of our Website Products may be able to be personalised by engraving of words or designs, or otherwise.

4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that content you have contributed for inclusion in or on a personalised Product is correct, and (for example) that any words are correctly spelt, so please double-check your order on screen before confirming your purchase.

4.3 We cannot amend or cancel an order for a personalised Product once it has been placed.

4.4 Content Rules - we do not permit personalised products to include any content or material which we believe:

4.4.1 infringes anyone's copyright: in particular, you must ensure that you either own the copyright in an image or any other content that you wish to include in a personalised product or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to include that image or other content in the personalised product;

4.4.2 infringes any other rights, such as a trade mark of any person or entity, or a duty owed to any person or entity, such as a duty of confidentiality;

4.4.3 contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation;

4.4.4 is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person;

4.4.5 misrepresents identity or impersonates any person;

4.4.6 contains material which is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive, which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group;

4.4.7 may harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person;

4.2.8 gives the impression that it emanates from or has been approved by us;

4.4.9 advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act.

4.5 By placing an order, you agree to indemnify us against any claim made against us for any matter falling within paragraph 4.4.1 - 4.4.9 above and for our costs.
