Photograph them

Snap a photograph of each group of metals on your weighing scales. Please email these photos to us at goldexchange@lylies.com., ensuring that you include your exchange code in the subject of the email.

Wrap them up

When you package up your metals, shake the contents to make sure they are not rattling around too much. If you can hear noise when you shake the package, it needs to be packed tighter. Adding old packaging like unwanted newspaper into the parcel is perfect to help cushion the contents.

Seal Postal Bag

When using our reusable postal pouch, replace the postal label with the one enclosed. Or if using your own recycled packing, cover any old labels with a printed copy of the PDF label emailed to you.
Seal the reusable pouch using the plastic tamper seal (watch the film below to see how) or securely close your packaging using a re-used jiffy bag.
Drop your parcel at the post office and hold onto to receipt until we confirm that it has arrived safely at our studio.
