We are proud of our delivery service, with a 5-star customer satisfaction rating and all orders dispatched from our London studio. For items in stock, all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. For items out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.

We also insure all jewellery during transit, for your peace of mind. Your experience is important to us, and our small but dedicated team will be available if you have any queries.

UK orders over £200 qualify for free Tracked 24 shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout. We also offer the following delivery services and you can select your preference on the next page:

Returns

Conscious consuming is about being 100% sure. If you're not, send it straight back within 14 days. Follow instructions here. However, we hope you understand that we cannot accept returns of all engraved products, customised pieces or international orders. Please refer to section 4 and 7 of our T&Cs here.

6. REMODELLED + REPAIR PRODUCTS

6.1 Remodelled and Repair Products are items which we agree to design, produce, adapt, or repair for you using any gems, metals, and other components provided by you.

6.2 Clauses 5.2 to 5.9 above apply to orders for Remodelled and Repair Products but the following additional terms apply:

6.2.1 Where we use your own metal, we make no representation as to the makeup or quality of the metal. The metal carat cannot be confirmed until the Product is sent for hallmarking (which is the final stage prior to delivery). This is because when working with pre-owned or pre-used jewellery . impurities or lower grade metals may have been added during previous modifications or repairs that visual analysis and chemical workshop tests do not reveal. We take no responsibility should the hallmark fall below your expectation of the purity of the metal.

6.2.2 There is a 3% - 5% loss of metal which occurs during the casting process for which we are not responsible, and by placing an order for a Remodelled Product using your metal, you accept that this will occur.

6.2.3 We will use reasonable care where we are invited to unset and/or use your gemstones or other items. By asking us to do this, you accept that pre-owned and antique stones may be fragile or have hairline or other cracks or chips which are indicative of weaknesses and which may not be visible to the naked eye. We are not liable for any damage that may occur in relation to your gemstones during the remodelling process.
