We are proud of our delivery service, with a 5-star customer satisfaction rating and all orders dispatched from our London studio. For items in stock, all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. For items out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.

We also insure all jewellery during transit, for your peace of mind. Your experience is important to us, and our small but dedicated team will be available if you have any queries.

Delivery Costs

UK orders over £200 qualify for free Tracked 24 shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout. We also offer the following delivery services and you can select your preference on the next page:

Returns

Conscious consuming is about being 100% sure. If you're not, send it straight back within 14 days. Follow instructions here. However, we hope you understand that we cannot accept returns of all engraved products, customised pieces or international orders. Please refer to section 4 and 7 of our T&Cs here.

5. BESPOKE PRODUCTS

5.1 Bespoke Products are items which we agree to design, and produce for you using gems and metal entirely supplied by us.

5.2 After discussion with you, we prepare a quote comprising a design drawing which specifies the type and quality of the metal, and the type and specification of any stones.

5.3 When you are happy with the quote, and wish to commission us to make the Bespoke Product, you order the Product by signing off on the quote by e-mail and pay a deposit being not less than 75% of the quoted price. By confirming your order, you are offering to purchase the Product or Products you have selected for your order, and to pay the associated postage costs;

5.4 We take payment of the deposit (or if your choose, payment in full) by means of your nominated payment method;

5.5 We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an “order confirmation email”, which will make the agreement legally binding on you and on us. Each order placed will incorporate these Terms and shall be a new and separate contract between you and us;

5.6 We cannot cancel an order nor refund any part of the price for a Bespoke Product once such order has been placed. Once work on your order has commenced, it becomes much more difficult to make changes, and we do not guarantee that any changes can be made. We will do our best to accommodate any design changes but such changes must first be the subject of a contract amendment (using the same process as set out in clause 5.2 to 5.4 above), and the price for the Product and the estimated delivery date will change.

5.7 We will use our best efforts to comply with any delivery date we have quoted to you, but we are working with creative persons: we cannot guarantee that any such date will be met, and we are not responsible for any damages should your order be delayed.

5.8 When your order is ready for despatch, we will notify you and request payment of any balance due. The order will be despatched after receipt and clearance of payment by us. Once your Order has been despatched for delivery, you will receive a “despatch confirmation email”.

5.9 The Price of the Bespoke Product will be in GBP and payment must be made in GBP unless otherwise agreed in advance. We are required to charge Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate (presently 20%). The price of the Bespoke Product does not include the delivery charge, and this will be shown on the quote.
