3. WEBSITE PRODUCTS: IMAGES, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

3.1 We endeavour to ensure that every product on our Website  is shown accurately, however, occasionally there may be small variations in colour, size, stone appearances and metal finishes: all designs are made by hand, and natural stones are individual and unique.

3.2 The prices displayed on the website are subject to change and we reserve the right to change these at any time.

3.3 In rare cases, the price quoted for a Product may be displayed incorrectly. We will aim to rectify any such error as quickly as possible and will notify you of the correct price. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect price, even after an Order Confirmation Email has been sent.

3.4 Prices shown on the website are in GBP and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate (presently 20%). The price of the Product does not include the delivery charge. You are advised of the VAT breakdown and delivery charges at checkout.

3.5  We do not guarantee that our site, or any Website Product shown on it, will always be available. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site or any Website Product without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site or any Product is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3.6 If you choose to access our Site from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable UK and non-UK laws.

3.7  All sample sales are on a Final Sales basis. Sample sale purchases are not refundable, not returnable and cancellations or exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances. Any and all sales transacted under this agreement are final and without recourse to both the Seller and the Purchaser. Sample sale purchases do not carry any warranty and are sold on an 'as is' basis.
