12. REFUND POLICY
12.1 If, upon receiving your Product(s), they are damaged, you may request a refund or exchange in accordance with clause 12.2 below. For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn.
12.2 You can request a refund or exchange of your Orders within 24 hours of the time of receipt of the Product(s), with the time of delivery as stated by the delivery company.
12.3 If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the Product(s), within 14 days of the day on which we receive the returned product. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund.
12.4 If you choose to have your Product(s) exchanged, we will do so free of charge and resend to you at no extra cost.
