Delivery times
We are proud of our delivery service, with a 5-star customer satisfaction rating and all orders dispatched from our London studio. For items in stock, all orders placed before 1pm GMT will be dispatched the same day. For items marked as 'Make to order' on the product page, they are currently out of stock and you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date once your order is placed. Alternatively, feel free to get in touch and we can give you an estimated delivery date to help you make your mind up.
We insure all jewellery during transit, for your peace of mind. Your experience is important to us, and our small but dedicated team will be available if you have any queries.

Returns
Return times
Conscious consuming is about being 100% sure. If you're not, send it straight back within 14 days. However, we hope you understand that we cannot accept returns of all engraved products, customised pieces or international orders. Please refer to section 4 and 7 of our T&Cs here.

You have 14 days to return an item for exchange or refund. It is your responsibility to return the jewellery to us, and we would recommend using a proof of postage service. Please complete the returns form and email it to enquiries@lylies.com

All international sales are final at this time.
ENGRAVED
All engraved orders are final at this time.
RETURN OPTIONS
Please return the unwanted item using Royal Mail signed for service and email over the completed returns form (form with return address included here). If you'd prefer for us to arrange a courier to collect, please email enquires@lylies.com. The refund will be less the cost of the courier.
Please note we can only offer refunds or exchanges on unworn items, and returned in their original packaging.
FAULTY ITEMS
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your LYLIE Jewellery. Please email enquiries@lylies.com so we can resolve the issue for you.
GIFT RETURNS
If you are returning an item received from LYLIE Jewellery as a gift, you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided (1) it is unworn with the security tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging and (2) you pay any cost difference and any additional delivery costs which may be incurred as a result.
If you exchange a gift for an item of lower value, any resulting balance will be held by us and we will provide a gift card to that value.
