Every decision we make needs to be considered with the environment in mind, so treating something already in circulation with respect by reusing it is perhaps the most sustainable choice of all. Not only is it sustainable, but one of the great joys of jewellery is the sentiment. If you start with old ingredients then the sentiment is already there.

DESIGNING THE DIAMOND WAVE RING
Our circular model of sustainability extends beyond our use of salvaged and recycled materials to our creative spirit itself. The Remodelled Diamond Wave Ring was birthed by a beloved, bold piece that Lylie designed for herself (pictured on the right hand side).
With the narrowing of the central diamond sector and the doubling of the outer curved body, this rippled reformulation sparked an imaginative spiral leading to the genesis of five wave rings inspired by the motions of the Indian Ocean.
Fittingly part of the Sea Treasures collection, the Remodelled Diamond Wave Ring is a symbol of regeneration in both its corporeal re-crafting of Salvaged Gold and recycled Diamonds, as well as in its prolific creative lineage. It is, at its core, a remarkable emblem of LYLIE's ethos in appearance and in origin.
