DESIGN STORY

Born from a bespoke project brief in which the client dreamt of perfecting the classic solitaire style, the Audley Solitaire Ring features subtle, modern details inspired by both architectural and atmospheric elements of Audley House - a traditional British estate from our designer’s childhood town. The ‘cathedral’ side-view, mirroring the house’s arched windows and hallways, and our signature ball detailing, resembling the estate’s uniform gardens, elevate the beauty of the central diamond: the star of any solitaire.

To give our gemologist time to source your stone and our team of skilled goldsmiths time to handcraft your engagement ring, please allow at least 5 working days for your order to be handmade and delivered.

Choosing the right ring size can be a little difficult, whether it's for yourseful, a partner or a friend. To make things easy, just follow our tips:

Use an existing ring

Download the app 'Ring Sizer'. Place your phone on a flat surface and your existing ring on the screen. It will tell you the exact size.

Measuring your finger

You can purchase an accurate plastic ring sizer from on the web-site here which will be posted first class to you. If you opt to measure your ring finger using one, there are a few things to be aware of:

  • Your fingers will change size slightly throughout the day. Physical activity and temperature all have an effect

  • Don't measure your ring size whilst your hands are cold, as your fingers can be half a size smaller at this time.

  • A ring with a wider band will feel a little tigther than a very fine ring. Lylie's would recommend buying a size larger than your usual size for such designs
